LinkedIn Appeals “Info Scraping” Suit to Ninth Circuit

In August, a U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of California granted a preliminary injunction brought by hiQ Labs that ordered LinkedIn to remove any technology preventing hiQ from accessing public profiles.
