I have chose Penny from The Big Bang Theory as the character in my first analysis paper.
The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom, premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007.The show is centered on five characters: roommates Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper, two physicists employed at the California Institute of Technology ; Leonard and Sheldon’s equally geeky and socially awkward friends and co-workers, aerospace engineer Howard Wolowitz and astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali; and Penny, a waitress and aspiring actress who lives across the hall.
The geekiness and intellect of the four guys is contrasted for comic effect with Penny’s social skills and common sense.
In contrast to the rest of the group, Penny is not well-educated or savvy in a specific technical field, but she has great social skills and is very knowledgeable about pop culture.She is also messy and disorganized, but appears to like it that way.
