As we head into the hectic second half of spring semester, the CTSE invites all faculty, staff, and administrators to wind down their week with a mindfulness meditation class. Mindfulness refers to a way of fine tuning our minds to help us meet the obstacles we encounter as we navigate home and work. With the practice of mindfulness, we can bring awareness, clarity, and calm to our lives. This practice offers a range of healthful benefits that can be supportive inside and outside the classroom, including managing emotional reactivity, communication skills, and cultivating kindness.

 

We will be offering this online session every Friday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm, starting March 29th through May 3rd.
