Cooking Chinese food is a stress reliever! What a way to save money and learn to cook for ourselves at the same time. Running to Chinatown and buying groceries for 10 dollars can make quite a meal. Before college when I lived with my parents, I would occasionally watch my mother prepare meals for the family. Who knew that those skills would come in handy? The vegetables are healthy and fresh.
