Yan Hao, an alumna of the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, is a Value Analysis Manager in Supply Chain at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, she manages system-wide value analysis committees, new product requests, and cost-saving initiatives. Prior to this role, Ms. Hao worked in the Quality and Safety Department in the Mass General Brigham system. Originally from China, she founded and led a university psychology counseling center in Beijing while serving as a counselor and lecturer.
