Alexa Jordan is a playwright and actress. She’s currently working on a play about reproductive justice, and last acted in a virtual staged reading of Cotton’s Tale by Pauline David Sax, for The Women Theater Festival’s Occupy the Stage event. She received her first The New York Times review in 2018 for her performance in There’s Blood at The Wedding, at The La Mama Experimental Theater Club, and won the Marilyn Swartz Seven Playwriting Award for her play, Fine, at Vassar College. Alexa is also a program director at Tutor Associates, and part time development associate/social media coordinator at The Mustique Charitable Foundation.
