ETHICAL PRINCIPLES, CRITICAL THINKING, AND WRITING FOR TODAY’S BUSINESS

Build new skills. Develop new competencies. Communicate more effectively to create value.

Ethics in business has never been as important as it is in today’s climate. If you’re going to be a true leader in your business, you have to understand the foundations of ethical decision-making and how to communicate them to those in your organization. Suffolk University’s online business ethics & writing certificate, offered by the Center for Continuing & Profession Education (CCPE), will give you a new ethical perspective to guide your organization effectively, all with the writing skills to strategically articulate the decisions you make.

Our five-part learning module will show you how business and ethics are inherently intertwined in the modern world, all while helping you develop the ability to effectively advocate for more ethics-focused initiatives. By combining both ethical decision-making and business communications, both written and oral, our certificate will give you an actionable ethical foundation that you can apply immediately at your organization.

Why Earn a Business Ethics & Writing Certificate?

You can’t expect to be an effective business leader if you’re not focused on making ethically sound decisions. However, making those ethical decisions isn’t always enough—you have to be able to break down those decisions and communicate your reasoning to show key stakeholders why your decision is correct. That’s why Suffolk created the Business Ethics & Writing certificate, to give burgeoning business leaders like you the skill set to become transformative decision makers. When you earn a business ethics & writing certificate, you’ll: explore the nuances of ethics in business | critically analyze business communications | hone your business writing skills to be a more persuasive communicator | build a strong ethical foundation for personal and professional decision-making
