General FAQ’S
What is Workday Student?
Workday Student is our new Student Information System (SIS) which the University community uses to manage student records, academic programs, student course registrations, course grading, student financial services, degree conferral, student financial accounts, and transcript information.
When is Workday Student available?
Workday Student will be available Fall ’23 into Spring ’24 for the academic year ’24-25.
What is a WEN and who is a member?
Change ambassadors nominated by leadership who are part of the Workday Engagement Network (WEN). See the “About” page for a complete list of members. View the WEN members here.
Who can I contact with questions regarding Workday Student?
Please enter all questions in the form below. The project team will respond to you.
Will all of my records be brought over to Workday Student?
Yes, all student records will be migrated into Workday Student by Spring 2024
Will grades, courses, and other information be available at all times?
Workday Student will be available online and on your phone at all times, with the exception of planned down times for updates. All of this will be available Fall 2024.
