When to start using Workday
This just in...
Workday Student is the latest addition to the Workday suite of applications, bringing student information and academic functions to Suffolk. Colleague, WebAdvisor, and Self Service will soon be a thing of the past!
Preparation is underway for go-live on February 26, 2024.

What System Do I Use?
On February 26, 2024 Workday Student goes live. Academic Staff, Faculty, and Students will be able to use Workday for student information and academic functions. Since Workday Student is being implemented in phases, there will be a period of time where you will continue to use the current systems or processes for some tasks. The Transition Schedule shows which systems to use during the transition for the tasks listed in the table. Click here to view the entire System of Record.
