Poetry center upstairs always welcomes you. If needed the rooms can be reserved for meetings and lectures. There is a lot going on there every day. Check the brochures and flyers distributed and posted throughout the college to find what lectures and meetings are going in there.

I personally like hanging around upstairs. If I do not feel like carrying heavy books with me, I go there to read before classes. The atmosphere in the library sets you to study. The quite environment policy allows you to concentrate on your readings and your thoughts. If you want you can reserve a spot to meet with a peer mentor in the library. The computers are downstairs, if you need to print or type something. The printer instructions are a little complicated as you need to first put money on your RAM card to use the machine, but after two or three times you can get along with it.
