Political Science Requirements

Ready for a productive year at Suffolk? When you major in Political Science here, your first classes will include Introduction to American Politics, Evolution of the Global System, and Research Methods. Once you’ve got a solid understanding of domestic politics and international politics, along with essential analytical skills, you’ll be on your way to political greatness and have the option of choosing between three concentrations within the Political Science major: American Politics, Political Theory, or Public Policy & Law. Political Science majors at Suffolk are passionate inside the classroom—and outside too! Extracurricular activities will enrich your academic development, read on for more details regarding our different programs.
