Residential design caters to 1 or 2 clients’ specific needs rather than designing for the client and their clients. This project required a live and work space for my client, Jaryd Smith. Jaryd is a twenty eight year old who competitively plays video games on the Twitch platform. Twitch is one of largest America gaming platform.

My client requested his home to reflect his lifestyle, so i designed space that connected seamlessly to one another to mimic the design and physical aspect of life. Each floor was representative of how my client prioritized his at home living routing; gaming and sleeping are presented to Jaryd immediately off the entry while kitchen is on the 3rd floor because he spends less time there.
