Distance vs Speed

On Semptember 20, 2011, the sustainablility and energy class expiremented with the NXT robot. We used a pre-programed command that caused the robot to move forward for a fixed amout of time. We toggled around with the power and measured the distance that it moved forward each time and at what power it was running on and then we compared it to the actual distance it was supposed to move, we also had to count how many times the wheels moved.

Looking at the data I figured out how far the robot went turning just 1 rotation (360 degrees). The distance we measured was a little different from the actual distances but it was pretty close. I found doing these experiments helped me learn more about how velocity, degrees, speed, and power are closely linked.
