is transforming from one that was used for an Archer (Honors) seminar to notes and thoughts and links for the History and Literature of the Bible course (ENG 121)  at Suffolk University in Boston, MA, USA.

We will look at this course and issues around the Bible as a book in it’s own time, through time, the history of the period, of the words of the text, how they have been translated and how it has influenced literature since its original writing.  Not much ground to cover.

This is not about who believes what but about what is actually there and what has been said about it.
